This is just one of the free templates avaiable for Zen Cart. *note* Some can be used as is and some will require customization depending on the template selected. Once a template is installed it can be switched for another in the Admin section.

For this demo we have all of the right and left side boxes enabled. They can be turned on or off and set right or left.

Custom pages can be added from the admin section they show in the "More Information" side box.
